Job Description

As a Project Coordinator / Project Administrator at our company, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and factories regarding purchase order-related status. Your role involves coordinating with multiple IMI factories worldwide to ensure customer purchase order requirements are met within project scope, cost, quality, and timeline. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary customer interface for all assigned projects. - Verify incoming Purchase Orders (POs) against scope, budget, and contractual terms to ensure clarity before execution. - Coordinate project execution as per customer PO and company guidelines, including order receipt, contract performance, technical compliance, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with various departments to achieve on-time delivery, contract compliance, and profitability. - Track and coordinate ordering, delivery, and receipt of materials and services while aligning with budget and timeline. - Manage communications with customers, resolve issues, convey project progress, and negotiate contract modifications. - Coordinate project team involvement in meetings and inspections. - Monitor project status, forecasts, costs, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Review vendor bids for compliance with requirements. - Prepare project documentation and maintain organized project files. - Coordinate inspections of goods for quality purposes. Required Skills: - Valve industry experience and knowledge, including familiarity with industry standards. - Understanding of valve industry project management protocols. - Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with international shipping and customs protocols. - Strong multitasking skills for managing multiple projects. - Flexibility to work in different time zones. Educational Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with knowledge in Procurement, Supply Chain & Project Management. - 3 to 4 years of experience in the valve or process control industry. - Experience in managing multi-disciplined project teams. - Proficiency in business and project management software. Communication Skills: - Fluency in English, both verbal and written. - Good email and telephone etiquette. - Ability to present information effectively to management and customers.
