Project Coordinator - Placement Cell

Role Overview: As a caregiver placement coordinator, your main responsibility is to ensure that trained caregivers are successfully placed in relevant caregiving roles and receive ongoing mentoring, counseling, and support to foster their professional development and enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the placement of trained caregivers in caregiving roles within healthcare facilities, old-age homes, and in-home care settings. - Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations and agencies to secure placement opportunities for trainees. - Conduct regular on-site mentoring visits to monitor the progress of caregivers in their placements. - Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to caregivers to address work-related challenges, stress management, skill gaps, and other issues. - Collect feedback from both caregivers and partner organizations to evaluate the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain a tracking system to monitor the long-term career progression of caregivers and assess their impact on patient care. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage. - Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, social work, counseling, or a similar role within the nonprofit or healthcare sector. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and counsel individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems. - Ability to conduct field visits and work independently, with a strong commitment to achieving program objectives.,
