Project Coordinator-Passive

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Responsible for overall development after sales w.r.t Project Coordination.

➢ Act as a SPOC for customer; provide Operational / Technical goals proposal in the field of passive network.

➢ Develop comprehensive SOP to be shared with Vendors as well as other staff members for Project coordination purpose.

➢ Good communication and co-ordination skills with customers as well as other departments.

➢ Interact directly with customers to effectively promote the solution/product and identify ground challenges.

➢ Responsible to Collect and manage vendor team.

➢ Passive BOQ preparation along with site visited engineer.

➢ Track all project deliverables.

➢ Regular Monitor and report on project progress.

➢ Preparing the project documents in Dwg and PDF format to submit it to customer as project report.

➢ Submission and Sign-off with customer after completion of projects

➢ Co-coordinating with passive team on site at the time of project.

➢ Responsible for sharing vendor progress report with customer.

➢ Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables outputs.

➢ Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.

➢ Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

➢ Responsible for arranging Multiple vendor KT session with down the line team.

➢ Should participate in call weekly, monthly review meetings with Vendors.

➢ Discipline is Mandatory. In time - out time need to be followed strictly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Any Bachelor’s degree (Information technology or computer science is preferred).

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a coordinator/Vendor management.
• Knowledge of networking products is preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,789.29 - ₹46,928.67 per month
