As a Project Coordinator at M -Trans Digital Private Ltd in Kochi, MG Road, your role will involve assisting in planning and scheduling project activities. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to provide project updates in a timely manner. Your duties will also include preparing and maintaining project reports, documentation, and trackers, as well as monitoring project progress and promptly escalating any delays to the manager. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all project materials and resources are available when needed. Additionally, you will support in preparing project proposals, presentations, and timelines, while handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to the project. Maintaining communication logs, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions will also be part of your role, ensuring adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and scheduling project activities. - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for project updates. - Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and trackers. - Monitor project progress and escalate delays to the manager. - Ensure all project materials and resources are available on time. - Support in preparing project proposals, presentations, and timelines. - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the project. - Maintain communication logs, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions. - Ensure adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of project management tools (preferred). Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering/Management preferred). - 02 years of experience in project coordination (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
