Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring civil project activities.
Coordinate between site engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as schedules, progress reports, and material records.
Track project progress against timelines and flag delays or issues.
Ensure proper communication and follow-up with internal teams for drawings, approvals, and work instructions.
Coordinate material movement, delivery schedules, and stock updates with procurement and site teams.
Support in preparing work orders, estimates, and quantity calculations.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are followed at all times.
Maintain documentation for inspections, site photos, checklists, and worklogs.
Assist in billing documentation, measurements, and contractor coordination.

What we are Looking

A proactive and organized team player who can coordinate efficiently between site and office.
Someone with hands-on experience in civil project documentation and tracking.
Familiarity with infrastructure projects (roads, irrigation, structures)
OR Any Graduate with strong experience in civil project coordination
Knowledge of project documentation, billing basics, and site-to-HO coordination
