Project Coordinator (MEP)

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in project execution within the MEP field, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. You should be adept at managing projects across multiple locations effectively, ensuring smooth operations without any escalations. Your responsibilities will include project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls to ensure timely completion and quality assurance. In this role, you will be required to align vendors and contractors, effectively manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with clients, contractors, other agencies, and internal teams. Providing technical support to the site team will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Therefore, the ability to read drawings, rough sketch plans, and elevations is essential. Additionally, you should be capable of conducting site surveys, handling material requisitions, site billing, and facilitating site handovers. Knowledge of Basic AutoCAD is a prerequisite for this position. The job type is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
