Project Coordinator (MEP)

As an experienced professional in the MEP field with 7-10 years of project execution background, you will be responsible for managing projects across multiple locations effectively and efficiently, ensuring there are no escalations. Your role will involve project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls to ensure timely completion of projects. You will be tasked with aligning vendors and contractors, as well as actively managing vendor relationships. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with clients, contractors, other agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Your technical expertise will be crucial in providing support to the site team, including the ability to read drawings, rough sketch plans, and elevations. Conducting site surveys, managing material requisitions, site billing, and overseeing site handovers will also be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in Basic AutoCAD is a must to excel in this role.
