Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience to support project planning, execution, and monitoring. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare status reports and present updates to management and clients.
• Support resource allocation and task assignments.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and methodologies.
• Assist in budgeting and cost tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,188.46 - ₹40,000.00 per month
