Project Coordinator- Interior Design

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator in the interior design field, you will play a key role in ensuring that design projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, managing timelines, liaising with suppliers and contractors, managing the project budget, and solving any problems that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with Clients: Communicate project requirements, expectations, and timelines with clients, ensuring their vision is understood. - Managing Timelines: Oversee the project schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in sequence. - Supplier and Contractor Liaison: Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the delivery of materials and services as per the design plan. - Budget Management: Track the project budget and assist in ensuring that costs stay within the agreed-upon limits. - Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including delays, material shortages, or design changes. Qualifications Required: - Female candidates are preferred for this position. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. - Prior experience in project coordination or a related field would be an advantage.
