Project Coordinator- Interior Design

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator in the interior design field, you will play a key role in ensuring that design projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing timelines, liaising with suppliers and contractors, budget management, and problem-solving. Female candidates are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with Clients: Communicate project requirements, expectations, and timelines with clients, ensuring their vision is understood. - Managing Timelines: Oversee the project schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and in sequence. - Supplier and Contractor Liaison: Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the delivery of materials and services as per the design plan. - Budget Management: Track the project budget and assist in ensuring that costs stay within the agreed-upon limits. - Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including delays, material shortages, or design changes. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in project coordination, preferably in the interior design field. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and contractors. - Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively. - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during projects.
