About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, strong knowledge of project management tools, and the ability to manage project pipelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timelines are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage deliverables and expectations.
• Assist in preparing project plans, reports, and progress updates.
• Monitor project performance and track milestones.
• Identify potential delays or risks and communicate them promptly to stakeholders.
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure adherence to internal processes.
• Support senior management in ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to closure.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management Tools: Working knowledge of tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Project Planning & Pipeline Management: Ability to design, manage, and track project plans and workflows.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage.
