Project Coordinator - Digital Marketing

SpiderWorks Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading digital marketing company based out of Kochi, Kerala is looking for an energetic and experienced Digital Marketing project coordinator for its office in Kochi.

Previous experience in a project manager / project coordinator role in a digital marketing agency is a mandatory requirement.

This job is based out of Kochi, Kerala. This is not an online or part-time job. Only dedicated people who can work full-time in this role need to apply.

Qualifications - 

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience of working as a Project coordinator. (If it's in an agency it would be a plus)
• Proficient in English Language 
• We are looking for a responsible and dynamic individual.
• Must have the ability to solve problems, smart enough to respond to the changing needs of the clients
• Good at multitasking, meet deadlines and goals, and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills. 

Responsibilities -  

• You will be the point of contact for every Client, Right from Kick off meeting, you take care of all their requirements, you work as the Bridge between our Internal teams and Clients. 
• Client Meetings and Client communication is done by you to smoothly run every project.
• You also have to make sure the deadlines for all the projects are met.
• If there is any delay, you have to be capable of convincing the client, for that you must –

1. Be aware of the status of every project.

• Have to conduct Monthly or weekly, By weekly Calls or meetings with the clients.
