Job Description

 Assist the nodal and PIU team in developing and implemen􀆟ng project plans, schedules, and budgets.
 Coordinate and consult with project director and department regularly. Provide overall leadership and direc􀆟on to the PMU & also manage and guide the expert’s teams, consultants. Ensure coordina􀆟on and communica􀆟on among team members and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure 􀆟mely comple􀆟on of project milestones. Prepare the detailed project implementa􀆟on plan, assist in monitoring the progress and submit progress reports tohigher authori􀆟es and funding agencies. Facilitate capacity building and training programme for staff and stakeholders. Develop strategies to strengthen and prepare training modules for farmers to Promote judicious use of waterresources system design, management, and op􀆟miza􀆟on. Iden􀆟fy and analyse the best suited varie􀆟es for the loca􀆟on specific and develop extension moduleAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
