Project Coordinator & Business Development Manager

As a Project Coordinator & Business Development Manager in the Environmental Management & Engineering department, your role will involve leading business growth, managing environmental consulting projects, and executing business strategies. You will be based in Bengaluru full-time and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Business Development - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Generate leads through networking, outreach, and proposals. - Develop and maintain client relationships and partnerships. - Negotiate contracts and ensure meeting business targets. - Project Coordination (Environmental Services) - Manage environmental clearance projects such as CRZ, EIA/ESIA, and forest/wildlife clearances. - Oversee the preparation of EMPs, site reports, monitoring studies, and pollution control system evaluations. - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and coordinate with clients and authorities. **Required Qualification:** - B.E./B.Tech in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines, OR - M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, or equivalent field. - Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred. **Preferred Skills:** - Strong communication, documentation, and coordination abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with environmental laws, standards, and GIS studies.
