Project Coordinator/ Business Analyst

As a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst at Flynaut LLC, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and AI projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements. You will collaborate with React developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and multiple workstreams concurrently, conducting Agile ceremonies, tracking progress using tools like JIRA, identifying project risks, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and application development projects - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery - Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and multiple workstreams - Conduct Agile ceremonies and track progress using JIRA - Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans - Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to Agile practices - Communicate proactively with clients regarding progress and updates - Support coding efforts or code reviews when needed Business Analysis: - Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements - Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams - Translate business needs into functional requirements for development, design, and QA teams - Evaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business goals Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of experience managing software/application development projects - Strong knowledge in React.js and frontend architecture - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC - Ability to think analytically, solve problems proactively, and make informed decisions,
