Role & responsibilities

  • Help plan and organize project tasks and schedules.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track project progress and share updates regularly.
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on tasks.
  • Assist the Project Manager in daily work and communication.
  • Make sure the team follows deadlines and project rules.
  • Manage project files, emails, and basic documents.
  • Talk to clients or vendors when needed.
  • Report any delays or issues quickly.
  • Help prepare presentations, budgets, and reports.
  • Support in completing projects on time and within budget.

Required Knowledge:

  • Understanding of

    DTCP approval process

  • Experience with

    licensing

    and

    layout preparation

    for housing projects.
  • Basic knowledge of housing or real estate project work.
