Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and communication logs.
  • Identify risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
  • Support in resource allocation and project scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
