Job Title: Project Coordinator Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Human Resource Position type: Full time Job summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage both internal and external communication for our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our brand voice, crafting compelling content, and building strong relationship with stakeholders, media, and the public. Key Responsibilities: * Keeping good communication with your Donor , maintaining excel sheet and emails Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic communication plans to align with company goals. * Media Relations: Manage relationships with media outlets, coordinate media interactions, and handle crisis communication. * Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the company's brand image and messaging across all communication channels. * Internal Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the organization, ensuring alignment across departments and levels. * Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office * Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in any field Experience: 2-3 years of experience also freshers Skills: Good Communication Skills, Strategic Thinking, Media Relations, Problem-Solving, Data entry , Excel Sheet Marinating .
