Job Description

As a Project Controller at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in leading project controlling and financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing, analyzing KPIs such as P&L, Cash, FTE, and Subcontractors, ensuring revenue recognition, cost control, and billing accuracy, managing stakeholder relationships and team performance, as well as ensuring compliance with financial standards and audits. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project controlling and financial reporting - Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing - Analyze KPIs (P&L, Cash, FTE, Subcontractors) - Ensure revenue recognition, cost control, and billing accuracy - Manage stakeholder relationships and team performance - Ensure compliance with financial standards and audits Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in project controlling - 5+ years of team management experience - Proficiency in SAP HANA (2+ yrs), Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Access - Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management skills - Advanced MS Excel skills including macros, data modeling, and queries Capgemini is committed to creating an inclusive work environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel valued and encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work.
