Project Control Specialist

The Project Control Analyst role is a key position within our multi-functional cost engineering team in Bengaluru. As a Project Control Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting planning and scheduling activities for brownfield projects, ensuring accurate performance tracking, and integrated project control. If you have a background in cost engineering, scheduling, and contractor coordination, we are excited to have you join our team. Your responsibilities will include developing, updating, and maintaining integrated, resource-loaded project schedules. You will also be responsible for generating project schedule reports and performance dashboards, reviewing, validating, and integrating contractor schedules into the master schedule, and monitoring schedule progress and performance to provide regular updates to leadership. Additionally, you will support project reviews, assurance sessions, and risk assessments, as well as create Schedule Plans and Basis of Schedule documentation. On a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), prepare project control plans, cost estimates, and project schedules for all project phases, and support documentation required for project funding and business planning. You will also be administering cost control systems and ensuring accurate integration with accounting and procurement platforms like ERP and Ariba. Your role will involve tracking project progress, earned value, and performance metrics, providing analysis reports, generating monthly cost and schedule status reports to support engineering and management reporting, implementing Project Management of Change (MOC) processes, and supporting risk and assurance activities. You will also be managing budget changes and ensuring their impact is reflected in cost and schedule forecasts, as well as evaluating contingency strategies based on risk analysis and project status.,
