We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, delivery, and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Manage project planning, budgeting, and deliverable content creation. Contribute to people development by coaching, providing input, and guiding team members. Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have necessary tools, and provide timely feedback. Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of project objectives, tracking progress and reviewing tasks to meet deadlines. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with an MBA from a reputed institute. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management and delivery. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Exhibit practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable, and creative in approach.
