Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth execution across all stages.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress.
Handle site coordination, including communication with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Oversee material procurement, tracking, and timely delivery to the site.
Review design details and ensure correct implementation on-site.
Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, timelines, and adherence to plans.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logs.
Identify issues proactively and support the team in resolving them efficiently.
Ensure project delivery meets design standards, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, site management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Good understanding of design detailing and execution workflows.
Familiarity with material management and project documentation.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work within a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
