Job Description

Requirement: Should have good communication skill. Should have good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet activities. Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Should be proficient in English. Responsibilities : Post-Sales Follow-Up: Make timely post-sales follow-up calls to collect required details on time from the completed clients. Update the status in the CRM. Project Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day project operations , Identify and resolve project issues to ensure timely delivery. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within timelines and budget. Develop and maintain project implementation plans and activity calendars. Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to resolve client inquiries and issues. Report daily and monthly activities. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
