PROJECT CO ORDINATIOR - LADIES

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in steering projects from conception to successful completion. You will be responsible for organizing and monitoring project schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth operations. Your communication skills will be crucial as you liaise with team members, clients, and external partners to clarify goals, requirements, and timelines. Additionally, you will prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, action plans, budgets, and reports for leadership and clients. Facilitating meetings, tracking issues, escalating blockers, and ensuring effective communication across all parties will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also assist project managers in planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving, support resource allocation, maintain quality standards, and help deliver innovative results within deadlines.
