Job Description

You are an experienced Business Analyst who plays a crucial role in identifying, researching, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to meet client and market needs effectively. Your responsibilities involve closely collaborating with clients and internal departments to comprehend and resolve business problems. Your primary focus will be on project delivery, encompassing requirement discussions, project scope clarification, functional specifications definition, collaboration with development and testing teams, testing completion, user documentation, and blended learning plans. It is imperative for you to ensure adherence to business and system development methodologies, striving for continuous improvement. Additionally, active participation of clients and other departments in various project phases, as well as pre and post-project support activities, will be your key focus areas. To qualify for this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or preferably an MBA, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related domain. Your skill set should include exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, the knack to influence stakeholders, adept documentation skills, proficiency in creating BRDs, functional specification documents, and quality assurance practices. Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies, along with the ability to craft detailed reports, deliver presentations, and utilize quality assurance and project management tools, will be advantageous. Your excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, coupled with a track record of leading and contributing to successful projects, will set you up for success in this role. Your core responsibilities will revolve around evaluating business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing effective solutions. Staying abreast of the latest process and IT advancements to drive system automation and modernization will be vital. You will be tasked with conducting meetings and presentations, performing requirements analysis, documenting and sharing your findings, and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management. Gathering valuable information from stakeholder meetings, conducting user acceptance testing, managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, updating procedures, and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements will be integral aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing competing resources and priorities, monitoring deliverables, ensuring timely project completion, and fostering effective teamwork to align with client timelines and deliverables.,
