Project Associate- Skill Developement

Job Summary:

The Project Associate will play a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of government and CSR-funded skill development projects. The candidate will assist in managing project operations, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting to ensure effective and timely project implementation and also Make callings to partners, beneficiaries, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to partners, beneficiaries, and project stakeholders.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely updates on communication status.
• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of skill development projects as per NSDC or government guidelines.
• Coordinate with mobilizers, trainers, training centers, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support in mobilization of candidates, batch formation, and training operations.
• Maintain and update project trackers, MIS reports, and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with government officials, partners, and stakeholders for project-related coordination and approvals.
• Assist in conducting center visits, audits, and quality checks.
• Support in organizing events such as mobilization drives, placement fairs, and review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with project deliverables, documentation, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Social Work, Rural Development, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in the Skill Development sector (preferably under NSDC/State Skill Development Missions/CSR-funded training programs) is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management.
• Ability to travel to project locations as required.
