We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our international recruitment company in the development and maintenance of our website, application, and internal CRM systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and technology, with a little understanding of recruitment processes. This role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and ongoing system enhancements.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of website and app development projects.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of the internal CRM system to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and recruiters, to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct research to identify trends in recruitment technology and recommend improvements or new tools.
- Prepare documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on new systems or updates to existing tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with IT support as necessary.
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in project assistance or coordination within a technology-focused environment.
- Little Familiarity with website/app development processes and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Understanding of international recruitment practices is preferred.
