Position- Office Assistant/ Project Assistant
Qualification- BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical)Experience-0-3 years Salary-20-35kJob Location- Surajkund Road FaridabadGender- Female Soft Skills- Excellent Verbal and Written CommunicationsTechnical Skills- Good knowledge of technical terms Key Responsibilities:Project Management Support:Assisting in the preparation and organization of technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, reports, and contracts. Tracking project progress, timelines, budgets, and resources, and identifying potential risks or delays. Coordinating and managing administrative tasks for technical projects to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.Communication and Coordination:Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical details into understandable terms. Coordinating and preparing for meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions Liaising between different departments and relaying business-related information. Administrative and Technical Tasks:Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data collection, classification, and archiving. Assisting with drafting administrative documents and obtaining and reviewing information. Handling logistical arrangements for project activities and travel. Collecting and analyzing data for reports and program improvement.
