Project Architect

As a Project Architect at Upscale Architects, your role will involve overseeing architectural projects in Gurugram from concept to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that the designs adhere to specifications and building codes, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards such as LEED. Your expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in architecture encompassing design and construction processes, proficiency in project management including scheduling and budgeting, and skills in using BIM tools. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential as you will be working closely with various stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is key to success in this role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required, and relevant professional certification or licensure would be advantageous.
