Project Architect

• Conceptual Design: Leading the development of architectural designs, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet project requirements.
• Detailed Design: Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction.
• Sustainable Design: Incorporating sustainable design practices and green building principles.
• Technical Expertise: Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, building codes, and regulations.
• Stakeholder Management:Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and other team members.
• Budget & Schedule Management:Developing and managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Control:Conducting regular site visits to ensure work is being executed according to architectural plans and specifications.
• Drawing Production: Overseeing the creation of accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
• Specification Writing: Preparing comprehensive specifications for materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Code Compliance: Ensuring all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Permitting: Managing the permitting process for construction projects.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving design and construction issues as they arise.
• Creative Solutions: Developing innovative and elegant design solutions.
