Job Description

Drafting and designing store layout plans Preparing budgets, material documents and specification lists for approval Acting as an intermediary between clients, vendors, and the team members Preparing and providing with materials and project specification details to the team and vendor Undertaking regular site visits to ensure construction adheres to the plan and check for quality and safety procedures Overseeing the site work, handle Contractors and co-ordinate with other team members Reviewing the project budget and ensuring project completion within the time schedules assigned Developing and maintaining project schedules Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, or similar. Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp Excellent communication skills Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis Knowledge of costs and time frames for the project completion
