Project Analyst Lien-Resolutions

A Project Analyst is responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks and deliverables in conjunction with Project Managers to ensure docket progress. You will collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure incoming information is processed and deliverables, namely lien status reports, are delivered timely and accurately. It is essential for you to be organized, analytical, and exhibit excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Your primary duties will include overseeing lien resolution status report generation process to ensure it runs smoothly. This involves maintaining lien resolution status report schedule, creating and maintaining lien resolution report templates, and acting as a liaison between a team that pulls reports, Client Services, and Lien Resolution Project Managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting internal procedures related to processing incoming docket-related information and maintaining a strong relationship with the India Project Management support team members. You will also be accountable for maintaining the database and all tools with up-to-date and accurate information regarding lien resolution. Furthermore, you will assist in tracking and reporting on key docket metrics, work closely with Lien Resolution Project Managers to execute daily tasks, and monitor escalations and priorities within the Lien Operations team. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Excel, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to communicate findings effectively. A self-starter with a high level of personal accountability and clear communication skills will thrive in this fast-paced startup environment. You must also demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively in cross-functional, multiple geographic location settings, have a sense of urgency, and display critical thinking capabilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management and lien resolution, insurance adjusting, personal injury, or mass tort law.,
