Project Role : Program/Project Management Representativ Project Role Description : Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: Windows Server Administration:Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. User & Access Management:Manage user accounts, security groups, and access control following best practices. Patch Management:Perform OS patching using Tanium to ensure security compliance. Server Monitoring & Optimization:Monitor system health, performance tuning, and troubleshoot issues proactively. DR strategies:Deploy and manage DR activity using Zerto. Good knowledge of storage solutions ( CIFS, NAS, NTFS permissions, DFS). Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions (Rebrick, Azure Backup). Virtualization Management:Support and maintain Hyper-V and VMware ESXi environments. Security & Compliance:Vulnerability and security hardening and enforce compliance policies. Understanding of high availability and clustering in Windows Server. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance, network, and security issues. Incident & Problem Resolution:Handle escalated issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure minimal downtime. Collaboration & Documentation:Work with cross-functional teams and maintain detailed technical documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration Strong understanding of IT project management principles Experience in managing project budgets and resources Knowledge of project management tools and software Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration This position is based at our Noida office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
