Project Role Description :Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Your leadership will guide teams through challenges, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive successful project completion. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging issues.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
