Must have skills : Program Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and closure. Develop and maintain project documentation and reports. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Project Management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management. This position is based at our Mumbai office.
