Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead

Project Role Description :Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.
Must have skills :SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, C#, Visual Studio 2013, Web AP

Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges that may arise.- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and ensure transparency. Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC).- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.- Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies.- Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis processes.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
