Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, facilitating meetings, and addressing any challenges that arise during project execution. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to keep everything on track, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
