Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Your role will require a proactive approach to leadership, fostering collaboration and driving the team towards success in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any project-related concerns. - Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum, Program Project Management, MongoDB. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable project plans. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and expectations to stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
