Programming Manager

As a Strategic & Programming Manager at Swastik Stories, your role involves planning and scheduling channel content in coordination with the Content Head to align with creative and programming strategies. You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring timely content uploads, maintaining accuracy, and adhering to broadcast timelines. Additionally, you will liaise with distribution partners to ensure seamless transmission of the channel across platforms. Monitoring show performance, gathering audience feedback, and evaluating programming effectiveness to recommend scheduling improvements are key responsibilities. Maintaining detailed programming records, schedules, and reports for review and future planning will also be part of your duties. Coordination with technical and creative teams to ensure cohesive programming execution and promotional alignment is essential.
