Role Overview: As an Executive Programmer (Hearing Aids) in Mohali, your primary responsibility will be to program, fine-tune, and customize digital hearing aids according to patients" audiological profiles. You will conduct hearing aid trials, real-ear measurements, and fitting verifications. Additionally, you will provide counseling and training to patients on device usage, care, and maintenance. Troubleshooting technical issues, performing adjustments for optimal performance, and maintaining detailed documentation of programming sessions and patient feedback will also be part of your role. Collaboration with audiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes and staying updated with the latest hearing aid technologies, software, and programming techniques are essential. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably. - Educational background in B.Sc. or a degree in B. Pharmacy.
