Job Description

As an Executive Programmer (Hearing Aids), your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Program, fine-tune, and customize digital hearing aids based on patients" audiological profiles. - Conduct hearing aid trials, real-ear measurements, and fitting verification. - Provide counseling and training to patients on the usage, care, and maintenance of their devices. - Troubleshoot technical issues and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance. - Maintain detailed documentation of programming sessions and patient feedback. - Collaborate with audiologists and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes. - Stay updated with the latest hearing aid technologies, software, and programming techniques. To qualify for this position, you should have: - 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role. - Educational background in B.Sc. or a degree in B. Pharmacy.
