Description
As an Office Furniture Programmer (Metal & Panel Line CNC & Automation) at our company located in Vada, Palghar, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing CNC programs for metal and wooden panel processing lines. Your responsibilities will include machine programming, process optimization, and automation for various metal processing machines like laser cutters, punch presses, panel benders, as well as woodworking machines such as beam saws, edge banders, CNC routers, and CNC drilling machines. Your expertise in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and production efficiency improvements will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize CNC programs for metal and wood panel processing machines using CAD/CAM software like Pytha, OptiPlanning, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AlphaCAM, WoodWOP, and MetalCAM. - Optimize G-code, M-code, tool paths, nesting layouts, and cutting sequences for efficiency. - Collaborate with production teams to enhance machine performance, conduct test runs, and implement automation solutions for efficiency improvement. - Support setup, operation, and maintenance coordination of metal processing machines like Trumpf, Amada, Salvagnini, beam saws, edge banders, CNC routers, and CNC drilling machines. - Maintain machine program records, ensure compliance with safety standards and quality regulations, and work closely with design and engineering teams. Qualifications & Skills: Technical Skills: - Expertise in CNC programming for metal and wooden panel processing. - Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Pytha, OptiPlanning, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AlphaCAM, WoodWOP, MetalCAM. - Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, post-processing, and nesting software. - Understanding of machine control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain. - Familiarity with material properties and machining parameters for various materials. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Excellent team collaboration and communication skills. Education & Experience: - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, CNC Programming, or related fields. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming for metal and wooden panel processing. Preferred Experience: - Experience with automated furniture manufacturing using CNC machinery. - Knowledge of nesting software, ERP/MRP systems for production planning.,
