Programmer Analyst - Lead

As a Programmer Analyst - Senior at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be joining the Identity and Access Management Team responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing production, development, and test systems in a 24x7 mission critical environment. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with hands-on technical experience in Java, Groovy/Grails, Spring Framework, Angular/ReactJS, K8S, Micro Services, Agile methodologies, Jenkins, and MySQL. Your role will involve building integrations and developing tools for the Identity & Access management domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop solutions for Identity provisioning, lifecycle, and governance using IAM technologies - Demonstrate knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and dependent services - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex user requests and issues - Partner with project managers/business analysts to support and adapt to new business objectives - Provide afterhours/weekend on-call support as part of a scheduled rotation - Work in Devops and Agile model, including exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Development tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc. - Develop tools and integrations for Identity & Access management domain - Write Unit tests and follow test-driven development - Collaborate effectively with the team and possess strong analytical and communication skills - Participate in Agile environment sprint-based model - Utilize technologies like Angular JS/Node JS/React and Webservices like SOAP and REST - Debug issues efficiently and possess strong problem-solving skills - Implement and develop experience on Saviynt is a plus **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation, or IT-relevant work experience. OR - 6+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation, or IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of experience with Database Design structures such as Mongo DB, MySQL - Mandatory 5 to 7 years of industry experience in Java8/Spring development - Familiarity with data object models, ORM persistence layers, and SQL databases - Exposure to technologies like Angular JS/Node JS/React and Webservices like SOAP and REST - Strong Debugging and Problem-Solving skills - Willingness to work in a Devops and Agile model - Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Development tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Drekar, etc - Proven experience in test-driven development and writing Unit tests - Familiarity with building integrations and developing tools for Identity & Access management domain - Exposure to Groovy or Python programming - Experience with monitoring and analytics tools like Datadog & Splunk/Splunk queries If you require any accommodation during the application/hiring process due to disability, Qualcomm is committed to providing accessible support.
