Programme Specialist

As a Programme Specialist at ACE, you will be responsible for overseeing three or more classrooms, each consisting of 8 students, within the 6-hour school programme. Your role will involve managing the programming aspects, training teachers, and closely monitoring interventions based on the principles of ABA. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervising all team members, including classroom managers and case managers. - Delegating and supervising team roles and cases. - Ensuring the health and safety of staff and students. - Participating in regular supervision by the program director. - Conducting ongoing observations and evaluations of team members. - Modifying student clinical and educational programs effectively. - Providing training sessions in Applied Behavior Analysis, physical intervention techniques, educational programs, behavioral programs, and family services. **Clinical/Educational/Vocational Responsibilities:** - Overseeing classroom managers and case managers to complete Core Skills Assessment and IEP for each student. - Training teachers on the Core Skill Assessment. - Developing curriculum and behavioral programs tailored to individual student needs. - Coordinating vocational education and supported employment for students over age 12. - Ensuring staff attendance at IEP meetings. **Family Services:** - Coordinating communication with families. - Supervising case managers in implementing home programs. - Conducting monthly clinics with families to review progress. - Participating in parent training seminars. **Research:** - Developing research projects for student caseload following ABA design. - Participating in ongoing research initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Board certified BCBA or equivalent Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
