As a Programme Assistant - Monitoring and Evaluation at the Unit ENEST.C.DEL.Turkiye.003 Operations (1), your role involves contributing to projects management in civil society and fundamental rights areas. Your responsibilities include: - Contributing to projects management in civil society and fundamental rights areas - Assisting in monitoring, reporting, and closure of EU financial assistance under Cooperation 1 section - Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting tasks for internal and external dimensions - Identifying, preparing, and managing monitoring and evaluation activities related to EU assistance - Balancing workload within Cooperation 1 section by overseeing implementation of grants or service contracts in civil society or fundamental rights field Qualifications required for this position include meeting the following general eligibility requirements: - Enjoying full rights as a citizen of a Member State of the EU - Fulfilling any obligations imposed by national laws concerning military service - Meeting the character requirements for the duties concerned Please note that this post is financed under the Facility for Refugees in Trkiye (FRIT) and is limited in time with an expected end date of 31 December 2027. Security Clearance is compulsory for all EU Staff in delegations and must be requested by the selected candidate before departure.
