Program Specialist

As a Program Specialist at Ownwell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and validation of the automated workflow program called Spyder. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining MIS reports, monitoring and validating automated processes, resolving exceptions manually, and collaborating with product and tech teams for process improvements. Strong Excel, data validation, and SQL skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets/MySQL for data validation, cleaning, and analysis to deliver accurate business insights. - Monitor and validate automated processes to ensure workflow reliability. - Validate data completeness and accuracy before outputs reach customers to ensure data integrity. - Investigate and resolve exceptions and anomalies manually to maintain smooth operations. - Execute workflows manually in regions where automation is not yet implemented to bridge automation gaps. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify process gaps and support future automation for continuous improvement. - Document learnings, issues, and edge cases to enhance knowledge-sharing and workflow design. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, or a technical discipline. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with pivot tables, formulas, and data validation. - Strong communication skills to explain findings and issues clearly to business and tech teams. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proven ownership of tasks and ability to work independently. - SQL knowledge is a plus for querying and validating data. - 2+ years of formal industry experience. - Eagerness to learn and build domain expertise in property tax and real estate.,
