This role requires working closely with automated systems, validating outputs at scale, monitoring outputs at scale, resolving exceptions manually, and handling workflows where automation is not yet implemented. Strong MIS reporting, Excel, and data validation skills are essential, with SQL knowledge being a plus. Over time, you will develop domain expertise in property tax and real estate, while collaborating with product and tech teams to drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate business insights by preparing and maintaining MIS reports for leadership, using Excel/Google Sheets/MySQL for data validation, cleaning, and analysis. Safeguard workflow reliability by monitoring and validating automated processes (e.g. invoice calculations, appeal filings, large scale data/document fetches). Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks, validating data completeness and accuracy before outputs reach customers. Investigate and manually resolve exceptions, anomalies and edge cases e.g. invoices not going out, accounts stuck in their lifecycle etc. Bridge automation gaps by executing workflows manually in regions where automation is not yet implemented.
