Join us! We make real what matters. This is your role. Planning and controlling of projects involves preparation of project order, project contract, and final project report. It includes project planning (PLD) and project controlling, order management for development in offshore locations, definition of tasks and expenditure, definition and determination of work results, milestones, and acceptance criteria. You will be responsible for planning module, function, and integration tests, compilation of documentation for reporting, project conclusion discussions, and order processing and controlling of external orders. Organizational change in cooperation with Product Management, personnel management within the framework of development projects, integration of new employees, promotion of team spirit, motivation of employees, acknowledgement of achieved performance, mentoring, setup, and maintenance of a network are also part of your responsibilities. You will act as the communication interface for development at remote/offshore locations, single interface towards supplier and local organizations, co-ordination and communication as a representative for the respective components, and management responsibility related to the head of the department. Product development involves the temporary coaching by senior project manager or supervisor, development of system architecture, and implementation into a system design. Verification of requirement profiles, requirement engineering for development at remote/offshore locations, quality assurance, clarification of requirements, verification of system functional specifications, compilation of studies, creation of functional specifications and design documentation, implementation of software/hardware systems, and participation in reviews and code inspections are also part of your role. We are seeking a professional with a consistent track record and proven ability in Project Management with 10 to 15 years of experience. A PMP Certified candidate with Experience with Agile/Lean Methodologies is preferred. This job is based out of Goa. We don't need superheroes, just super minds!
