We are hiring -
Position: Program Producer
Location: Head Office Raipur
Salary Range: 30,000 40,000 per month
Key Requirements:
Must be from an Electronic Media background
Minimum 3 years of experience in program production
Must have prior experience with a Satellite News Channel
Strong understanding of content planning, script development, and show formatting
Ability to independently handle studio-based and special programming
Excellent command over local language and creative storytelling
Role Responsibilities:
Designing, planning, and executing various news and non-news programs
Working closely with anchors, scriptwriters, editors, and technical teams
Monitoring production schedules and ensuring high-quality output
Coordinating with graphics and promo teams for show packaging
Innovating content ideas aligned with the channels editorial vision
