Skills You Bring: Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools like 3D printers, laser cutters, CAD software, and microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi). Strong communication and facilitation skills. Solid understanding of product design, problem-solving, and open-source tools. Experience mentoring or a strong passion for student growth. A personal portfolio of DIY or maker projects. Leadership qualities team motivation, problem-solving, and initiative. A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Your Responsibilities: Deliver sessions that help students turn social challenges into technical solutions. Conduct hands-on workshops on prototyping tools and techniques. Create and share learning materials (notes, tests, assignments). Mentor students through their projects and encourage entrepreneurial thinking. Assess student progress and prepare reports. Guide students in using tools to build functioning prototypes.
